What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect names, addresses, telephone numbers, and emails. This is so that we are able to contact you in order to administer accounts as well as retain them for administrative and legal purposes.

This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Client data is housed on secured cloud servers, protected by passworded logins.

We will notify you within 72 hours of any data breach, as well as the Information CommissionerÔÇÖs Office (ICO).

The notification shall:

Describe the nature of the personal data breach including where possible, the categories and approximate number of data subjects concerned and the categories and approximate number of personal data records concerned;

Communicate the name and contact details of the data protection officer or other contact point where more information can be obtained;

Describe the likely consequences of the personal data breach;

Describe the measures taken or proposed to be taken by the controller to address the personal data breach, including, where appropriate, measures to mitigate its possible adverse effects.

    Jim Goddard, a former training and support officer for the Willwriters Association and the Association of Lawyers and Legal Advisers began Complete Wills Ltd which became Goodwills Ltd, when it expanded its operational area to include Southern England.
